Without donations we would be unable to keep up our good work. To have a dog released from a pound or
from unscrupulous owners we are faced with a never-ending financial burden. We also have to pay veterinary
costs, (both for medical attention where needed, and de-sexing), food, petrol (we collect Golden Retrievers

DONATE GOODS
To raise funds, we often sell dog-related goods at market stalls. Suitable goods would include dog beds or bedding, dog toys, food bowls, dog coats, Golden Retriever merchandise or dog treats. This list is not exhaustive, so use your imagination! If you are in a position to give new goods to GRR to sell please contact us.
FOSTER CARE
Our
wonderful foster carers are an essential part of Golden Retriever Rescue. When we simply don't have room
in our homes, our foster carers step into the breach, providing love and care until a permanent home can
be found. This is a very special role that not everyone can fill. A great deal of physical and emotional
energy is spent in the rehabilitation of an unwanted Golden Retriever, and saying goodbye to the fostered
dog once a suitable permanent home is found can be extremely heart wrenching. If you think you have what
