Eleven and a half year old Peppy was surrendered to the local pound as her owner could no longer take care of her. She is currently living with a foster family who advises that Peppy is as sweet as she looks and has fitted into their household beautifully.
Peppy shares her foster home with two Cavaliers and a young Goldie and her foster mum advises that Peppy loves company and follows the family around the house to check up on them. Peppy tries to have a game with the family’s energetic young Goldie but it doesn’t last long as Peppy is an older lady now and retires to her bed for a nap with her toys. During a recent storm it was discovered that Peppy does not like thunder and likes to sit nearby for reassurance. Peppy is not destructive just likes company during storms. Peppy is not a digger or a barker and just wants a family to love and to love her in return.
Peppy is looking for a family where someone is around much of the time so that she can give them lots of company. Peppy walks well on lead and enjoys a walk as long as it is not a five mile hike, likes to go for a ride in the car and is well socialised with all types of dogs
