Five year old Buster is looking for a new family to love as his family’s circumstances have changed and work commitments mean that they no longer have the time to give their dog the attention he deserves.
This handsome boy has Pedigree papers and his family describes him as being a big, loveable bear. Buster has been raised with children and like all Goldies, loves attention from everyone. He enjoys going for long walks and loves to swim but does not like jumping into the car but enjoys the ride once he is in the car. Buster does not pay attention to other dogs when out walking on lead but does not get on well with males and because he has only recently been desexed, needs to wait until the testerone level in his body has dropped before he is allowed off lead and introduced to other dogs. However, as far as people are concerned Buster loves everyone and likes nothing more than lying with his head planted firmly in your lap.
Buster has come from acreage where he was not allowed inside the home and was allowed to roam wherever he liked so his new home requires high, secure fencing as Buster will look for a way out. This handsome boy would be best suited to a home where he is the only dog and where his new family are around much of the time.
Buster does not like storms and needs to be inside with his family when thunder or fireworks are about. Buster does not mind being home alone and is not a barker or a digger but will look for a way out if a storm is approaching.
